Trench

Trench was found hunting in clan territory, but offered her skills as a scout, a hunter, and a spy in exchange for Langhar's favor. She never really fit in with the clan, however, and when Riptide spurned Ylva in favor of pursuing Trench, the young Skydancer found herself on the wrong side of Langhar's wrath. When the Revolution broke out, Trench jumped at the chance to overthrow Langhar. During the fighting, she and Riptide created a nest of two, and their children - Seasalt and Stormcrash - were hatched two days after the Revolution ended.

As the Deepwing clan grew, Agharna charged Trench with seeking out new territory in the depths of the Leviathan Trench. With her, Trench brought the young scout Whirlpool, the seasoned Huntress, the treasure hunter Tropic, and her apprentice Starling.

Trench led a relatively quiet existence until Lady Black's coup and the subsequent rise of Vengeance within Deepwing territory. The clan's dramatic restructuring, the new Queen's disinterest in expansion, and the integration of Trench's scouts into the clan left Trench adrift and directionless, seemingly only a member of the Council for the sake of tradition - until she was approached by Nack with a suggestion: to take charge of the new forces he was training in stealth and subterfuge, using her skills to direct them in their goal to keep the Deepwing clan safe from anything like Lady Black's coup happening again.
