Andra isn't known for being patient. Her mother wouldn't let her leave until she was an adult, so when she found a magical scroll that would age her up while they were scavenging, she got her mother's approval to use it on herself. Now as an adult, no one's stopping her from leaving and touring the world. She wants to learn more about Sornieth and how the world works. Andra hopes to make new friends along the way.

TorisLaurinaitis' Stargale
It was night time when Andra arrived at the Shifting Expanse. The lightning fields lit up the sky and the thunder crackled through the air. Andra hoped she would come upon a clan soon who would offer a place to stay. She reached a tall gate, and next to it there was a watch-spire that towered above her. On top of the spire she could see two red, glowing eyes leering down at her. She froze as it came towards her slowly. A lamp illuminated the owner of the eyes, showing that it was a skydancer. Ah, of course, it was Ibis, the gatekeeper. Ibis simply opened a book and held it out in front of her. There were names, and Andra figured she would add hers. Ibis returned to the spire and the gates opened.

Stargale was mostly asleep at this time. The hatchlings were nestled in their beds, parents were asleep, and the lights were out besides a few lamps. However, nature beamed with life: fireflies, frogs, birds, they all were about their own business.

Andra wandered around until she saw a dragon in a garden of flowers. The coatl was awake for harvesting of a special flower, even when it was way past her own bed time. "Hello?" Andra called out curiously.
Emery looked around and saw the visitor and smiled. "Hello, you're awake late," she hummed.

"As are you," Andra laughed. "What kind of flowers are these?" she asked as she sniffed one. The flower glowed purple, and when she sniffed the glowing pollen blew into her face. "Ah, I'm Andra, by the way," she added with a smile.
"Emery," the coatl said. "These flowers are called Starfall Iris," she said as she picked one. "They glow so the fireflies can be attracted to them." A firefly lands on her flower and rolls in the pollen before flying off with the glowing pollen. "My favorite, and are often used as nightlights for the children. However, they must be picked at night to preserve the light." lightningshieldr.png
Andrea smiled as she watched all the fireflies fly around clumsily with pollen stuck on their legs. "Wow... it really is beautiful," she whispered. "Tell me more."

Emery and Andra talked all night in the flower field. Their talks ranged from flowers to adventures, from bugs to music interests. They grew friendly with each other and surely enjoyed each other's company. The sun rose over the ravine, neither of them realizing how the time had passed!
lightningf1.png Emery had a chance to preserve many flowers in the locked box and Andra gained a friend. It was time for Andra to continue her flight, however. Emery wrapped a Starfall Iris in a cloth and gave it to her as a farewell gift.

They shared a hug before the small fae flew off into the sunrise, continuing her journey around the worlds.

PaperPony's Lair
The mauve and midnight toned dragoness swooped in the early morning air, enjoying the solitude and fondly reminiscing about her recent encounter with such strange but welcoming dragons. Her gifted flower glowed softly in her claw, its light diminished in the brilliance of the sun but not its beauty. She winced as the delicate stem began to bend in her warm claw and suddenly wished she had a bag of some sort to keep her new treasure safe. As if the landscape itself heard her silent plea she saw an island near the coast adorned with a plethora of bold "YARD SALE AHEAD" signs. Hopeful she could trade a story of her epic journey or perhaps some light labor for an unwanted satchel, she adjusted her wingspan and made a beeline for the craggy sickly forest filled island. The large signs on the edge of the territory gave way to a series of smaller signs that she found challenging to follow from her high vantage point and so she made the decision to land and hunt the "huge amazing can't be missed" yard sale on foot. From the sky the island seemed so small but on the ground her journey seemed to take much longer than she had anticipated. Hundreds of signs promised an insane garage sale just ahead, but "just ahead" only yielded more twisted trees with nailed on signs. Growing weary and becoming uneasy Andra clutched her iris tightly and prepared to take flight once again. Perhaps she could find another merchant with something protective for her delicate gift.
arcanev2.png
She took flight only to see that behind the very tree she stood before was a giant slobbery dragon gently snoring on a pile of mucus covered kitchen wares and rocks, which were pied up next to a venerable mountain of clean blankets and cloth. Andra gently landed back to her starting position and boldly strutted forth.

"Hello! Are you open for business?" she asked without reservation cheerfully.
arcaneshieldl.png
GooeyGirl snapped awake and greeted her new friend with an awkward yawn and friendly bound forward. A thick glob of drool swung off her face and splattered unceremoniously before the guest. The spit was a nonverbal warning of what was to come, a warning that was given without enough time to react.
GooeyGirl closed the distance between herself and the strange dragon as if by magic and wasted no time offering her customary greeting of a scale slicking lick and a vomit deposited gift, this one being a Marksman Hat in a dark almost black blue body adorned with a bright purple feather.

Andra looked down at the goo encased offering with hidden disgust. Her manners won out over her concern of how sanitary the hat could be when she glanced at the expectant slobbery dragon before her who was practically vibrating with anticipation.
"Wow, um, thank you so much."

"She wants to be fed." a disembodied voice offered breezily. "Coins are what most give. But Goo isn't picky. She has no real standards. Unlike mwa."

Andra's eyes glanced upon a slime covered name tag on the green dragon declaring it's wearing to be "GooeyGirl" then looked around trying to place a face to the voice and soon came across a brilliant blue dragon partially hidden behind the blanket mound who was as much a mess as the slobbery one inches from her, only paint replaced drool. A canvas that had previously gone unnoticed was stretched before him, the bright untouched white competing with the eye for attention against the hodgepodge of color decorating the dragon.
"Oh, umm, I don't actually. . . "

PaintCan cut her off with a severe look and a sharp sigh,
"You're one of those BROKE dragons aren't you? Pfft. Goo'll probably take like a branch or something. Like I said, no standards."

The crimson dragon fluttered her dark wings in flustered embarrassment, her cheeks thankfully already a natural blush hiding her current emotional state. GooeyGirl nuzzled her gently, her short tail wagging at having someone stay near her for so long without shrieking or grabbing a bucket of water to -shudder- bathe. Andra gathered herself, offered a absent minded pet to the simpleton vying for her attention, and addressed the rude artist a few feet away.
"I barter in my services. I see you're struggling to fill that canvas for example. Would you like a little help? You can give what you think my work is worth as a treat for your. . . " Andra paused, then continued less confidently "dog?"

PaintCan erupted in mocking laughter. He guffawed, chortled, and giggled so uncontrollably he began to hiccup and hyperventilate. It took him an uncomfortably long time but eventually he controlled himself long enough to respond.
"There is NO way you can help ME. But you know what, sure. I have to say I'm a little curious as to what such a drab plain looking dragon can come up with. Here's my paints. Show me what you're made of."

Equally offended by PaintCan's behavior and driven by a desire to treat the kind silent soul that had originally greeted her Andra strode purposefully towards the canvas and provided tools. She looked around uselessly for a paintbrush before resigning herself to claw painting like a child. She waivered before the taunt cloth suddenly drawing a blank as to what to draw. PaintCan leered near her trying to be intimidating but failing as he was more colorful than a rainbow and refused to stop lounging.
"Well?"

Andra ignored the rude artist and thought about the beautiful things she's seen in her life. Her overbearing mother's sweet eyes, the ripple of an untroubled ocean, the clutter of a fully stocked library. The Starfall Iris danced in the slight breeze, snapping her from her thoughts. Of course! The flower that brought her to this canvas, this grotto, this weirdo and his sweet green companion. As if in a trance she dripped her claw in a bucket of paint and began to draw what she envisioned a field of these flowers would look like in the moonlight. She was so enamored with her work she didn't notice when the blue dragon shifted from scoffing to silence, and eventually to a silent but palpable envy. The canvas came to life, the scene seemed to glow under her careful ministrations. When she was finished she stepped back and shook her head as if to shake the muses who had taken control loose. Dainty flowers covered the bottom half in rolling hills, the cresent moon glowing above with a chorus of twinkling stars. She caught her own breath in her throat shocked at her unknown skill. PaintCan recovered enough to bluster and snap up the canvas.
"I could do so much better. Everyone knows ABSTRACT art is the BEST art. Anyone can copy SOURCE MATERIAL." He grunted, nodding towards the flower gently placed on the ground before dashing to the relative safety and solitude of the main cave. He muttered to a laughing pair of dragons guarding the entrance, who had seen everything and were incredibly amused to see PaintCan be so outshined, that they were NOT to let the stranger in.

Andra stood there in shocked silence and watched the somewhat purple looking dragon flee, his natural blue tone becoming saturated with either a rage or embarrassment red flush. Breaking the silence one of guards Bruiser, a dark blue muscular dragon who proudly dislayed his company required name tag and who usually kept his words to a minimum, offered a small satchel of coins and and friendly chuckle. "Thanks for the laugh girly"

Andra cautiously picked up the heavy satchel and nodded her thanks, thinking how odd this place was. She emptied the bag and offered the contents to the green petlike dragon who instantly gobbled them up with a growl of pleasure that was reminiscent of a cats purr. Triumphant Andra carefully sequestered her flower in the now empty bag, tied it to her left arm, and with a wave took flight to continue her journey of discovery.

earthv2.png LadyChipmunk's Travels Rest Lair
Andra had been traveling for days, mind spinning with new painting ideas and ways to frame the landscape below. Even the sere dust and brown of this arid land--

A scent of roasting meat had suddenly suffused the air, and while she had no taste for that particular foodstuff, the smell did remind her she'd not eaten in some time. Perhaps the aroma came from a nearby lair where she might barter for a meal and a place to rest for the night.

Andra didn't find a lair, but she did find a very large red Imperial dragon battling an even larger fire. Despite the flames dancing so far in the air they nearly singed her wings, the dragon showed no sign of retreating. She had to do something!

As fast as she could Andra gathered water from pool of standing water--perhaps a flood plain?--and doused the flames with as much water as her little satchel could carry. Between that and the piles of sand the Imperial threw on the fire, soon it had receded to a controlled bonfire.

Breathless, Andra landed. She gasped out, "Are you alright?"
"Alright?" The other dragon stared at her and then bellowed, "Alright? You practically ruined dinner! How'm I going to explain to Heilyn and Onyx why their rabbit's gone from a healthy char to soggy mess? Huh? You want to tell me that, girlie?"

Andra gaped at the dragon, her dander rising. "I was helping! Unless you meant to serve yourself as their dinner, you ungrateful lout!"

"And who asked for your help?" The dragon grumbled other dire imprecations as he stuck his hands into the fire and started pulling out black, crumbling hocks of, well, he said rabbit, but they looked to be the size of horses. With each trip into the flames he'd bat out smoldering patches on his--was that a labcoat?--but his hide seemed utterly immune to the heat.

Too startled by this near magical ability Andra forgot her anger. "How are you doing that?"

The Imperial stopped griping under his breath long enough to look at her. "Doing what?" But he must have caught her staring at his hands and realized because he continued before Andra could clarify. "Oh, that. Yeah, it's some salve or some such Forest and Prism came up with. Always a crap shoot when you put them in a room together, but sometimes they're almost useful."

"So there's a lair nearby?"

"Of course there's a lair. You think I'm some kind of muddle-headed fool out here cooking enough food for an army just to amuse myself? Are you daft, girlie?"

And there was the anger again. Andra's head frills rose as she grit her teeth. "Now, look here, you--"

A deep, painful rumbling for her stomach cut Andra off. It'd been took long since she'd found a lair with food to spare, and this strange, sparse land offered little she recognized as safe to eat.

The large dragon peered down at her, lips still tucked up like he'd sucked a lemon, but eyes suddenly kind. "When the last time you ate, girlie?"

Andra deflated. "Not sure. A day? Two? I thought I could hunt while I traveled but--"

"But there ain't a lot to find here unless you know where to look." He sat next to her, brusquely ruffling her head frills with one had as he riffled through the pockets of his coat with another. "Darn youngsters and their reckless ways. Not one of you had the sense the Earthshaker gave a gopher."

"I'm not stupid, you know." Andra wanted to get up, fly away from this rude stranger, but with the rumbling had come a deep weariness. She needed food and sleep. Badly.

"You're young. All young'uns are either stupid or crazy. Most are both." Having apparently found what he wanted he handed her a pouch the size of her head. "Eat that. Zebra crickets dusted in powdered wasps with some spider legs to give it a nice crunch."

Andra took the pouch but didn't open it. "I can't pay you, not in treasure, but I could barter services--"

"Darn skippy, you will. Everyone pulls their weight at Travels Rest. Once we get you fed up and rested someone will put you to work for a day or two. Longer if you want to stay. Probably that half-wit mongrel wrangler will get you to taming the twice-cursed fire cat thing that been running amok. You like putting out fires after all."

"And you like causing them," a female voice came from the shadows. "By the way, I'd ask you mind what you say about my son, Rhodonite. Facet works hard. He deserves at least a modicum of respect."

Though the tone was perfectly pleasant, a core of steel laced through the words. Even without seeing the speaker Andra knew this was not a woman with whom one wanted to triffle.

"Now," the voice continued, it's owner moving into the firelight to reveal a surprisingly unimposing looking Mirror dragon with a green hided and vibrant purplish spotted wings.

With her spectacles askew and branches tangled in the long mane of hair strewn about her, Andra thought it'd be easy to take this woman for a joke, to laugh and dismiss her as the imbecile the Imperial--Rhodonite, apparently--took everyone else to be.

Then the Mirror turned her gaze on Andra, and dark eyes seemed to peer through Andra, right to the core of her being. An inexplicable nervousness suffused her, and if failing to live up to this woman's expectations was a horror not to be contemplated. Not that Andra felt threatened. Not exactly. Just...judged.

Then the Mirror smiled, and the fear vanished like clouds parting after a storm. "Hi, I'm Heilyn. My mate and I run Travels Rest. Our sentries saw you helping Rhodonite."

"You mean spoiling my meal. Like I need some know-nothing--"

"Oh, shush, Rhodo. Our guest is clearly tired. Why don't you bring that rabbit on ahead to the others while I show our newcomer the way to the lair."

While phrased as a question, no one present took it as anything other than the polite dismissal it was. Rhodonite didn't even grumble--what Andra had found to be his default state--as he flew off with massive haunches of meat strung together and lashed around himself.

Once he'd retreated from sight, Heilyn laughed. "I'm sorry, dear. Rhodonite is a sweetheart, but he makes something of a first impression. I do hope his quirks haven't scared you off."

"It's Andra, and no, ma'am. If I'm being honest, I'm too tired to move on, even if he'd tried to set me on fire."

"Rhodo wouldn't hurt a fly. Templeton, on the other hand. He might try to set you on fire."

"Is that another Imperial?"

Heilyn laughed, the sound deep and rich. "No, dear. Templeton is flaming cat of some sort. Facet could tell you the details. Bit of an ill-mannered beast, but getting better. And he is good for keeping the lair warm." Heilyn paused. "Which reminds me, I brought a coat for you. It gets quite cold out here at night, and it's a bit of a trek back."

She dug a gold coat from a pack on her hip and offered it to Andra.

"Oh! It's lovely, but, I mean, it looks expensive, and--"

"Pish," Heilyn said, pressing it firmly into Andra's hand. "Came with one of the hatchlings and they've outgrown it. I do hate to see things go to waste. Besides," she said with a sly smile, "you won't be much good to us if you're too sick to work. Consider it a down payment on services to be rendered."

Andra gratefully shrugged into the warm coat, but as its weight settled on her shoulders, she did wonder what exactly she'd gotten herself into this time.

Clan Improbable (seige)

Andra descended quickly, her eyes darting rapidly from the multiple lightning strikes. “Shifting Expanse again, I see. Am I going round in circles?” she muttered to herself. She huddled close to the boulder and scanned her surroundings, looking for better shelter.

“It’s all right. Everyone I’ve met so far has been perfectly nice,” she reassured herself as she watched two Faes come to a landing not far away.

“Greetings, little one!”, exclaimed the female who towered over Andra. “We are jewel and Sterling of Clan Improbable. We are delighted to have you here, but what in the Stormcatcher’s name are you doing traveling in such a storm? Never mind, we must get you to the lair. Such storms aren’t safe unless you are born to the Lightning. It recognizes it’s own, you see. . . ”

The green and yellow male touched the other’s arm, “jewel, let the girl speak, love.”

Andra hesitated until she was sure that jewel was quite finished. “I’m Andra. I have no money to pay, but I can work for my keep. I’m quite good with hatchies and pets.”

Sterling shook his head, “Nonsense, if you had money we wouldn’t take it. Guests are honored here as guests. Everything we have was given by the Stormcatcher. He gave it to us to share -- not to use visitors as a source of income or free labor. Come with us and we’ll get you trained and settled.” The trio of Faes lifted into the sky.

Andra was dropped off with Nugget and Vyrek, who gave her some quick lessons in battle before whisking her off to the main compound. The tree sap roosts along the walls spoke to Andra’s heart. And the moth wing cookies and pauper tea were delicious.

“Hi. I’m Anatole. Most just call me Tolie,” a handsome older Fae Introduced himself. “Enjoying the snacks?”

Andra hastily swallowed, “Yes, the cookies are the best I’ve ever had. I’m Andra.”

Anatole perched beside her, “A pleasure to meet you, Andra. Good luck on getting the secret cookie recipe out of jewel. I’ve been trying for years. Are you looking for a new home or just visiting.”

“Just visiting. Um . . . I don’t want to be rude, but is there something wrong with your frills?”

Anatole chuckled, “Nothing at all. I was born in a Mirror body, but I always knew my heart was Fae. Never quite got the hang of the frills, though.” He reached into his worn leather pouch and pulled out another pouch. “Here,” he said. “It matches your jacket.”

Andra nibbled the edge of another cookie, “It’s lovely, Tolie, but I’m afraid I have no money.”

Tolie pushed the Gold Aviator Satchel closer to her. “Doesn’t matter. We look at things differently here. Stormcatcher gives us all we need. We measure wealth by how much we give away. Take it -- it’s already packed with some food that travels well. I knew you weren’t staying. You have the look of a chaser of horizons.”

Andra teared up a little. “Thank you, Tolie. I shall cut quite a dash in my matching ensemble.”

She slept blissfully through the night in the tree sap guest roost and ate a hearty breakfast of grubs dusted with crumbled Pillbugs.

Her new friends escorted her to the clan’s boundary. All of them insisted she should return if ever she was in the area. She hugged them all and blew kisses from her wingtips.

Andra adjusted her jacket and stachel and lifted onto the breeze.

Yarrow's Vándor Clan
It was early in the morning when Andra arrived in The Ashfall Waste. She was flying with her eyes closed since she never gets used to seeing in the ash-full air. After a while, Andra was sure that she got lost. 'Where are all the dragons?' a thought crossed her mind 'I can't even smell anything.' She wanted to shout out for help, but as soon as she opened her mouth she started to cough. Only an enervate help could leave her lips before she passed out.

The little fae woke up in a clean air, with a bogsneak's claws in front of her. 'Where am I...?' Andra asked powerlessly. She tried to lift up her head to look around but didn't have enough energy for that move. 'Oh, are you still alive?' a surprised voice answered 'Great, Odin brought another dragon to me before even check if they breathe or not. Such a negligent young warrior, that what he is.' the tone changed into dissatisfied. After a big sigh, the bogsneak walk a little farther and call someone with the name Yeva.

'She's going to be alright, just need to stay in the fresh air for a while and drink some water.' Andra opened up her eyes for this sweet sound. A smiling wildclaw was looking at her. 'Good morning little one, how are you?' she handed the fae a cup of water.
Andra was trying to say something, but failed and could only cough out ash. 'There there, it's alright. You will be able to speak again just clear your throat with water.' Yeva said. Andra nodded and drink out the cup. It felt much better. 'Thank you, I'm Andra, a traveler from a Shadow Clan. I have never been in the Fire area.' the fae was grateful to get found by these nice dragons. She could imagine herself being eaten by the flames... Wouldn't be a nice ending for her journey. fireshade.png

'I'm Yeva and that sullen bog over there is Sekhmet. You might see some changes in your appearance since she already was about to...' she stopped for a second looking away '... revive you.' Andra was shocked. 'I was...I was dead?' asked terrified. 'Oh no, of course not! Sekhmet just got the wrong instructions.' Yeva smiled awkwardly. 'Come! See yourself in this mirror!' Andra got up and walked there. Strange new marks were all over her body. 'If you're asking me, you look awesome.' Sekhmet hummed.

She was looking at herself for a couple of minutes, she asked Yeva if she could show her this place. The wildclaw accept it immediately. After walking around, and seeing such different dragons, Andra could just wonder how so many differences come along this well.
fireshieldl.png 'Actually, we are travelers, like you. The whole clan is a bunch of adventure seeking dragons. We originally from Wind, that's why you found here this clear air - we love it, so bring it into our lair by a few tricks.' Yeva smiled and winked at her. 'Many of us started following Quill - the clan founder - while she and the others were already on this journey. You know, we have a plan... We will visit all of the eleven flights.' Yeva's voice was excited. 'Would you like to join us?'

Andra was thinking of it for a second. It sounded so nice, so adventurous... But she is her own leader, and wouldn't like to give it up. 'Thank for your invitation, but I... I...' she didn't know how to say it without being rude. 'Shh, it's okay. It was just an idea' Yeva helped her out 'Could we provide you anything that would be useful for your quest?'

Andra didn't ask for anything, on the other hand, she got her satchel filled up with food.
She realized only after she left that the time in Quill's lair is slower than the real time. It felt like she was there for a day, although it was almost a month. What a strange place...

Clan Improbable, Ancient Lair of the Tempest Spire
(seige)

Andra set an easterly course toward the Tempest Spire. It was unusual for the traveler, but she wanted to be somewhere familiar for a while. She kept an eye out for the land of Clan Improbable.

The sun was sinking below the horizon when its last rays glinted on the cured sap handiwork. She landed and approached the compound. All chatter and activity ceased when the dragons saw her. Hatchlings were slid behind adults. A cacophony of sounds came from where the familiars were sheltered.

“I’m Andra -- a traveler. I mean no harm. I’ve been here before.”

The familiar Fae called Anatole stepped toward her. “Andra? You look different. New markings. Do you follow Quill now?”

Andra shook her head, “No, they asked if I wanted to, but I. . .” Her voice trailed off. “Have I done something wrong? Why is everyone acting afraid of me?”

Anatole gestured to someone in the crowd, “They let you leave, odd.”

A red Mirror approached and bowed to Andra. “I am Thane. What is it, Anatole?”

The rest of the clan began milling about and going about their evening tasks.

Anatole’s frills flattened against his head, “She was allowed to leave Quill’s band after she had been marked.”

Andra stamped her foot, “I was never a part of Quill’s band. I never met Quill. I passed out in their territory; they gave me water and food. But they did this to me before I came to. Is everyone going to react like this now?”

Thane drew in a deep breath, “We have been remiss. Let me call for some food and drink and we can talk further. It may well be that the rumors of of Quill’s recruitment methods are exaggerated. They also say the group can manipulate weather and time. Tales grow as they travel.”

Andra sank down onto a nearby rock, narrowly missing a cactus, “B-b-but they can manipulate weather. They were in the Ashfall Wastes but said they brought the fresh breeze with them by tricks. And time. I was there no more than a day by the sun, but when I left the stars said I had been there more than a month.”

Anatole paled. “I’ll go get those refreshments on the way.” He flew away.

Thane sat down. “We have much to speak of, Andra. You may know more than you think you do.”

Frogtea's clan

The impatient fae has flew for many miles overseas, it had been getting chillier along the way. The temperatures had dropped the past few days, was she really here, the Southern Icefields that she had heard from stories when she was just a hatchling? No, it can't be, that would be too far! In the distance, she could see a few icebergs popping up from the sea. Am I really here? she thought. As she got closer, she saw a cave. Andra decided to fly by, she was freezing cold. She hoped that these dragons would treat her like the other dragons have in her other journeys. A skydancer peeped out of the cave. Andra came to ground and padded over to the cave.

She noticed the skydancer when she got closer. "Oh, h-hi," she shivered from the cold winds blowing on her. "I-I'm Andra-"

The skydancer looked at her, confused. "Um.. why don't you come in? You are covered in snow. Also, my name is Laguna. It's nice meeting you, Andra." Laguna lead her into the cave, and there was quite a lot of dragons... a few wildclaws, imperials, and a ton of skydancers flying by. "Welcome to the Frigid Floes! We are glad that you've came here, we don't get a lot of visitors every so often. Make yourself at-"

Andra interrupted. "Oh, I'm on a journey around Sorneith, I want to know how it's like being in different flights, that is."

"O-oh... well, that's great, too! Still, make yourself comfortable. Here, let me show you around.. and if you ever get hungry, there's plenty to go around!" Laguna said.

"Alright..." Andra said. She was starting to get hopeful of this place.

It had been a while since Andra had came, she was starting to get tired. She yawned. "I think I'll stay here for the night, where do you guys sleep?"

"Over there," Laguna pointed to a corner of the clan. A few dragons were sleeping already.

"Okay, thanks for showing me around the place, I did enjoy the hatchery the most... the hatchlings were gems!"

"Haha, well, sleep tight! Will you be able to stay here tomorrow?"

"No, sadly, I will be off to continue my journey around Sorneith, thank you again!" Andra said, cheerfully.

"Awe, that's a bummer, I hope you can come back soon! Anyways, I'll be off." The skydancer went outside of the cave and flew off. Andra had already fallen asleep.

In the morning, loud thudding had waken Andra up. She wondered where the sound came from. And there it was, a bunch of hatchlings stomping their feet on the ground. Silly hatchlings... Andra thought. She found a rusted satchel by her side. She opened it, and found...
