Hatchlings born to The Stricken are trained in warfare and survival skills. Growing up seeing the Gladekeeper and Plaguebringer worshiped side by side means they are surprisingly openminded to new ideas, but tend to be blasé about death and violence which can come across as callous to dragons from other flights.
Quicksilver’s parents were a Explorer and a Scavenger, He loved to write down his father's stories of adventure which he would illustrate. After a fashion this turned to an interest in cartography, he spends most his time drawing beautiful and detailed maps of locations described to him. He didn't find the reality of exploring as much to his liking however, preferring the creature comforts of a secure lair to roughing it in the wilderness much to the disappointment of both his parents.
