Biography
Ivory was not beautiful. She was not particularly alluring. But she was kind, and charitable. She had an overwhelming sense of right and wrong. In this way, her plain looks and homeliness was part of her charm. The other lady dragons didn't understand what Cosmic saw in Ivory before they got to know her. From afar she looked like just another dragon, modest and quiet. But her intentions were pure, and she was good of heart. Everyone grew to like her. She had no enemies. Unlike many, she only ever mated with one dragon and only had two hatchlings which she would never sell for money. She loved them with all of her heart, which shattered when her daughter Silfur was swept away with the waves. She went desperately to the best prophets of the land. Oceanwatcher granted her treasure to pay them and learn what they knew. She left with the money to seek her daughter's whereabouts, but not before thanking the queen profusely to which Oceanwatcher replied, "Nonsense. The least I can do for anyone who loses a daughter is help them find their hatchling."
Silfur was alive and safe. Ivory picked up this much when she went looking for her daughter. She knew that it was likely she would never see her hatchling again. But Silfur was well, and that was what mattered. In the mean time, Ivory had to stay cheerful and optimistic. She had to stay strong for her clan; for her beautiful daughter, Arian. She only hoped that Silur was happy and that she was growing up with the same morals that her mother would've taught her.
Looks are merely a thin shell on the surface. Looks are merely silver.
But what is important is that you have a heart of gold.
