Before he was in his current state, the spiral not-yet-known-as-Geist fell over a cliff, plummeting to his death. Beyond that, his history is a mystery. Instead of moving on, Geist lingered in this world. No one knows why he stays, if he has unfinished business or was under a curse. Being dead, he can't easily communicate with the living as the dead have no voices, and even through the obscure ways he can communicate, that is one topic he obstinately avoids. He also avoids Spider, reeling away from him with potent fear in his ghostly aura, so a few of the more reticent dragons around suspect Geist just doesn't want to move on.

He usually appears to others as a normal dragon, with his strange transparent coloring. Occasionally when he becomes emotionally unstable, or so chooses, his body appears as it did upon his death, horribly broken and shattered.

Geist is not a dragon, not anymore.


Haunting noises.......Ectoplasm.......Stuff moving on its own.......Disembodied creaks........Cats staring into space and then totally freaking out and avoiding that spot for hours........Spooky phone calls........Mysterious stains that keep coming back.......Cold chills
