A trade envoy from Starshine's previous clan, Windstorm drops by the Caverns on occasion to enjoy the beach and check up on her former clanmate & fellow Wind magic enthusiast. She doesn't quite understand how he can live in a cave, no matter how big, but she supports him anyway. Has some level of familiarity with Nightshade, Goldclaw, and Larkscale. Sometimes sells things from a beachfront stall alongside Varuni.
