Description:
Reiko is a fair and just leader. Allowing those to come into the territory if they need somewhere to stay. Any who threatens the members in his Clan will be chased out or killed.


Backstory:
Reiko was raised with Cloud Jumper as her sibling. He was found by Cloud Jumpers mother, Andalusite, when he was just a hatchling. His was left to defend for himself after his mother and siblings were killed by a rogue dragon. He always accepted them as his family, but there are some in the Clan who think he shouldn't be Leader since he was born as an Outcast.
