RELATIONSHIPS
▸ Yin: Carter's mate. The two have much in common, including their high energy and a fondness for exploring and learning new things. They often tag along with one another's friend groups and get into trouble together. Due to Carter's clumsiness, he is not permitted by Ignis to go near the forge where Yin works; the first and last time he was allowed near it, he managed to knock several materials into the forge and nearly burned the shop down. ▸ Perihelion: Carter and Yin's adopted son. Carter found the newly hatched aether on the clan's border while delivering mail, shortly after the return of the ancient breed to Sornieth. He kept the hatchling with him while finishing his delivery run, and by the time that he returned home he had become attached. Yin agreed to keeping him, and so the two adopted him. ▸ Ellis: Carter's older half-sister. Ellis is a bit distant, but Carter loves to help his sister with her projects and they get along well. ▸ River: Carter's friendly and laid back brother-in-law. Carter likes River a lot, as the skydancer is always affectionate and happy to see him. ▸ Paderau: Carter's grand-nephew. Carter is closer in age to him than he is to any of his siblings, and they have taken to hanging out. Padi's mischievous nature and Carter's high energy often result in the two of them biting off more than they can chew, but they always have a good time together. ▸ Neptune: Grandson.
