Like many in this guild Atol is not someone you would want to spend to much time with. He can be charming, but only until he has what he wants. He has successfully convinced more than a few dragons that all he needs is a loving partner to guide him away from his wicked behavior, a lie that has gotten him far more relationships than he deserves. Those who have been with him have a hard time talking about it afterwards, acting as though they've been asked to recall a very traumatizing event.

Atol was born from two dragons known as DejaVu and Curiosity, which seems rather telling of how he behaves. In appearance he resembles his father, his sleek ghost gene standing out starkly against his dark skin. This is slightly odd seeing as how it means he looks almost nothing like his mother. He is a baby of chance.

If he is asked about his parentage he will claim he has no mother. He does not have an answer to the follow up question "how exactly is that possible?" but will stubbornly hold his ground on the subject. No one is sure why this is so important to him, but all agree that it is creepy, weird, and exactly what they'd expect from a dragon like Atol.

Atol holds the same job as Hysteria, a fact that he does not take kindly to. He is in fact very competitive with the pearlcatcher. He is more on the silver tongued side of things, using his words as a weapon when he is attempting to extract information out of a dragon. He tends to be more precise then Hysteria and his victims have a far better chance of living with only mental scars.

Atol's charms do not seem to work on Rona oddly enough. He has tried many a time to pry information out of them, but has failed on all accounts, only revealing more about his own organization. Rona is oddly impervious to sweet talkers, a fact that both Atol and Jack despise. Despite this Atol has continued speaking with them, clearly hoping to find a way to turn the tables.

Outside of his lair Atol is very willing to talk to people, but most have the good sense not to engage him in conversation. It seems though that he has a special fascination with Crow and his family. Atol goes out of his way to try and converse with the previous cult leader and though Crow does not seem to mind his curiosity, the other seems to hold limited interest for the mirror. Still, when Atol gets the chance he follows Crow around like a lost puppy, trying to get his attention through all sorts of bizarre means. His latest attempt was sending Crow a parcel that seemed to be bleeding. Whatever the contents were amused Crow to the point that he finally began to acknowledge Atol's presence and some form of relationship has been developing between them ever since.
