He is resplendent in his majesty and is the founder of the group known as the Royalbloods. Him and his wife began the group as a place for dragons with more financial wealth to gather and it slowly grew into a large collection of all of the richest dragons throughout the lair. Mithras himself is rich by inheritance, though he is careful with his gold and treasure, making sure to to waste it on menial things and it has lasted him a good long time.

Despite how the rest behave, Mithras is at the very least tolerable to be around. If anything he comes off as a bit tired, for his wife spending habits have long ago gotten way out of his control and he has been forced to actually start working as a jewelry maker. Still he only needs to work on commission as he has quite a bit of money left, though it still seems to bother him quite a bit. He has often jokingly said at the lavish parties he tends to throw that he feels his darling bride empties his coffers like a plug pulled in a full bath and he is forced to watch as the last of his coins tumble down the open drain. This always gets a good laugh at parties and a sharp look from Irene, though perhaps this is some sort of plea for help on Mithras's part.

As it currently stand Mithras is still the wealthiest dragon in this lair, though his status is often challenged by Aabha who is currently the rising star among the royalbloods. If this bothers Mithras, he does not really show it, remaining friendly and cordial to all those he speaks for when he is in conversation with them. Prehaps it is his relaxed nature that made the others feel he would be the perfect dragon to speak for them, even though Lady Irene was gunning for the job.

Rona's first and truest supporter has always been Mithras. He seemed delighted by the idea of another imperial joining the lair and welcomed them with open arms, even offering to fund their rise to power (which Rona courteously declined). Mithras has been open and honest with Rona since they first met and he jumps at any opportunity to see them, no matter how inconvenient it may be for him. His wife was concerned about his interest in Rona at first, but it seems that she had other things to be concerned about.

For as long as anyone could remember Irene had been there as Mithras's sole confidant and though he expressed irritation with her on multiple occasions he never strayed from loving her. He had at one point insisted he had dedicated himself to her completely and there would never been another for him. It seems that time has tried their marriage though and Mithras has begun to wander. Jack, a sky skydancer of dubious origin has charmed the Royalblood leader, convincing him to allow him to become his advisor. Lady Irene has taken it in stride, but her obvious anger radiates whenever Jack and her husband are in the same room.

Mithras behavior has changed slightly since he has meet Jack. Before he seemed to take life at face value, simply existing in it. Now though he is guarded, keeping Jack near him as though he fears the dragon is in danger. Whatever it is that Jack confided in him he has not repeated it to anyone, so it is anyones guess as to what exactly he was told.
