Male lightning-borne Wildclaw who heeds to his breed's common qualities; an excellent, fierce hunter at heart, he is obedient, fearless, and passionate. He takes pleasure in listening to melodies and hymns and loves music. As Huntswarden, this dragon's duty is to keep track of the locations and consumption of food, as well as direct the hunting and gathering packs. Rhiain is widely admired in the Ward for his skill and amiable attitude. He is very proud of his children and is close to Yolk, Crowley, and Solveig.
He was born to another clan under the Lightning flight before setting off on his own migration towards a new life away from his birthplace, passing through the Sunbeam Ruins, Sea of a Thousand Currents, and Windswept Plateau. It was this period of his journey in which his love of music was kindled and he met his dear familiar, a Plainstrider Bard, passing through the Plateau, and Shar, a Water-borne female Skydancer. The two traveled throughout Sorneith in search of a new home, eventually settling with Arita and Boris in the Crystalspine Reaches. Upon their then-small clan's cross-Sorneith migration to the Shifting Expanse, Rhiain was pleased to be reconnected with his homeland and to raise new generations of hatchlings under the Stormcatcher.
