Ohioh

Warmed by an inner fire, this dragon flies so high that he can often be found with ice covering his feathers and garb. The chains he uses as a weapon are also often covered in ice.

Bounty hunter with the reputation of fulfilling contracts to the letter. A lawful neutral dragon. Quiet, but this can be overcome if you know his love for terrible jokes and archery. Also has a soft spot for hatchlings....and gold. Will take on a wide variety of cases including missing persons, but generally strays away from the more distasteful jobs that require killing those making the world a better place.

Specializes in hunting down the undead. Familiarity breeds comfort, and Ohioh actually has many friends in the formerly alive category. He fully acknowledges that many undead are fully autonomous persons, and his hunts often brings him into contact with other such beings.

His natural Skydancer abilities makes him a great tracker for any beings with magical energies. Since undead are inherently magical, and he is well versed in their unique magic signature, he is adept at finding his quarry: especially if he has a personal item of the target on hand. Still, often nothing beats asking around. Unpleasant, I know, but whatever gets the job done.

He prefers to take his target out from a distance, but can resort to melee if necessary. Prefers physical ranged weapons such as arrows or stones over magical ranged attacks. A sniper in the snowcaps.

Ohioh has a secret love for terrible jokes and memes. Will tell the corniest jokes with a straight face, and his serous face never lets on just how much of a tricketer he can be. (Think Holt b99)

He convinced his 'sister' PoppyCorn to undergo necromantic transformation after he found out she was dying.

The necromantic energies he constantly channels has infused his body, causing his skeleton to faintly outline when using magic.
