The Aspect of Lightning, Finaube crashes across the skies like a luminescent flare seeking the storm. When it rains upon the mountain, it is because of Finaube and the legion of Wards that regulate the skies; they alter the balance of the climate, and cause torrential downpour and storms for weeks on end. Within this time, it acts as a lightning rod to the storm, charging itself and storing power like a battery, which it then relays to the other Wards it employs to forge yet stronger storms. This continues until the climax of the event, wherein thunder rains down and scorches the terrain, clearing out old bracken & making way for new life to grow in. The skies light up with unnatural light until this event ends, as though the entire world is composed of electricity. None know where Finaube originated, though it is clear that the delicate ecosystem upon the Mountain would not be able to sustain itself without its yearly Thunderfall Festival.
