Arashi was one of the first dragons to join the Kahir clan after it was formed, a fact he will proudly tell anyone who asks. From the very beginning, Arashi would go out and hunt for food for the clan, so his position as head hunter was really a no-brainer for everyone. Arashi joined alongside Phleasc, who from the get-go has always been a little…off. This has not stopped Arashi from being friends with the possibly insane Spiral, as they met before joining the Kahir Clan. How they met or how they became friends is a mystery, as Phleasc will probably stab you and Arashi just laughs whenever you ask.

Arashi is often out hunting, as is to be expected, and does his best to ensure that the clan's food stores are full and everyone has enough to eat. On the rare occasions he is not hunting, Arashi can be found amongst the other Ceannaires discussing current events within the clan or he can be found napping. Waking him from these naps is highly discouraged, as this action can lead to foolish dragons gaining a new scar, or possibly losing an entire claw. The only three dragons who can wake Arashi from his naps are his mate, Bradach, whenever she is actually around, Scaith, for obvious reasons, and Phleasc, for less obvious reasons.
