Not much is known about Masquerade, just that he showed up one day with a strong gust of wind as he had found himself in Katsukis lair much to her dismay and surprise, She allowed him to stay as he did her no harm. He's a cooky fellow who often does magic tricks for the young ones and training the spell users, Often seen teaching Shadoshaku small magic tricks.

Masquerade had shown up along with Skaana one day and he is more of a showman then she is, She being more like his personal assistant. He prefers to keep to himself and spend his free time with her, only being affectionate toward the more shy female.
