“Electricity is really just organized lightning”

Hatched in the Tempest Spire as a part of a Nature funded Breeding Project, Tempeste seemingly was born to travel the world and study to study.

Interested in science and technology Tempeste spends much of her time studying and experimenting under the tutelage of her mentor and fellow lightning flight native, Arrow. Tempeste is extremely socially awkward and tends to be uninterested in other dragons. She is unable to understand other's emotions and tends to prefer solitude to avoid embarassing misunderstandings.
