Swift

Swift is Crest's best friend. They both share a great affinity for water, and often give each other tips on where and when are the best places and times to catch fish and find elusive wildlife. However, unlike Crest, Swift always keeps an eye out for enemies, both beast and dragon. He is skillfull with his trident, and has dispatched more than one intruder in the clan's territory. Being a fire dragon, he prefers to swim near the surface where the sun warms the water and even in the near-boiling water near the Blacksand Annex

Crest and Swift consider each other brothers, and are both tasked to guard the more watery boundaries of the clan's territory. They often patrol together, keeping each other company and trading tales while they watch the waves for approaching intruders. Crest is much friendlier and calmer than Swift- agreeable or accidental trespassers generally fare much better when encountering Crest than his more serious counterpart. Swift's patience is short: He tends to stab first, ask questions later.
