History

Unlike many of the dragons in his lair, Barbie doesn't have a tragic backstory. He was sold as a hatchling, but then, what hatchling isn't sold? He was sold to Pink from a good friend whose lair he is still allowed to visit. When he was younger, he'd drop in to see his parents upon occasion. He fetched a pretty significant price, which is more than most dragons these days can say. Most are barely worth a few goats, twigs, or whatever. Some dragons can't even be given away these days. No, Barbie was ransomed for a stash of treasure that was more massive than him and all his siblings combined. He's been training since he was a hatchling, since he befriended some of the more aggressive trainers in the lair (namely, Vitrophyre and Athena)

Barbie's primary job is preparing dragons who will be sent to work for bossman. As a water dragon, he finds this to be a little distasteful, but he does his job.
