A large cauldron thickly bubbles, and a deep red steam rises off of it. You are watching Pasqual at work.

He tells you in measured tones about the latest experiment, a potion to make dragons' teeth clean. The further he describes it, the more complex the process sounds, and the harder it is to understand the technical terms. As he goes through this process, you note how specific each moment is, and how purposefully he keeps all his instruments clean.

Further questioning would lead one to discover that he had fled the Plague lands due to his disgust with the nastiness of their powers. Although it takes only a step one way or another for him to create horrible poisons and disease, Pasqual has sworn to use his potioneering prowess only for the benefit of others.
