Chaos has always had a gift for seeing the future. Unfortunately, these premonitions are not something people like to hear of. The dragons in the area would rather know who their future mates are or how many babies they might have, not premonitions of doom. Alas, no matter how accurate they may be, not too many people listen to them until its too late...
1,000 Doomsday Fortunes later, Chaos greets a new customer...
A creature from hell itself comes to her from the darkness and looks her straight in the eye. At first, she is confused when he seems to know her name; but that strange gleam in his blood red eyes reveal everything to the talented seer.
She was not just Chaos in name...but Chaos in a living form.
That explains the accurate fortunes of destruction.
Tentatively, Chaos reaches out to feel the demon Pearlcatcher's mane - she had to know if this was real. After confirming that he was indeed real, the male bows before her and swears himself to her for all time. After which, he roars to the world that she is his and his alone - and any who wish to change that must first destroy Ruination itself!
Chaos merely shakes her head and smiles at him; that was so silly.
"What an insensible claim. Ruination cannot be destroyed - it is destruction. And without there can be no way to rebuild...I suppose there's no helping it." Chaos says to him amused, but still impressed by the ferocity of his energies. Going closer to Ruin, the female Pearlcatcher nuzzles the demon "With a claim like that, I guess there'll be no getting rid of you. It's a good thing I've taken a liking to you or we would both be upset!"
