Gallahan leads the clan in the art of defense. He's quite a drillmaster when he's teaching, but the quality of his instructions are worth it. Makoto is his favorite student, and he's proud that he could teach a wildclaw so much about combat.

Most Ridgebacks hate water, and he's no exception. At the same time, he doesn't back down from challenges, and he rankles at the idea of ignoring his Water elemental heritage. He makes himself swim every morning to dampen his fear and exercise his body. His chaotic paddling doesn't give him much of a workout, but it does grant him extra confidence.
