Biography

Witch - Mage - Gatherer
Virens is a mysterious dragon. No one is entirely sure of her past or of her life outside the clan.
Though she lives in the lands owned by the flock and regularly visits the great tree, she does not consider herself a member of the flock or any outlying clans, nor does she ally herself with or listen to Artume. She feeds herself, protects herself and looks after herself. Any ties with members of the flock are purely business and often fleeting. Many of them don't even know her name.
Her visits to the tree seem to the flock to be almost religious in nature. Underneath one root in particular, thicker than a Snapper and longer than an Imperial she has her shrine. The place is filled with moss and fungi, oddly shaped rocks and symbols clawed into stone and bark. Here Virens leaves her offerings of plants and animal remains. The purpose this serves is unknown to anyone but herself. The rest of the flock stay well clear. One upset pebble is capable of unleashing terrible wrath.

Despite her mysteries and solid position outside of the flock, Virens does have her uses. The Nature dragon is understandably knowledgeable in the art of poultices and plants. She often gathers in the surrounding areas and trades anything of note to the flock.
On more than one occasion she has brought herself to saving the life of an unfortunate dragon injured in some way or another with her concoctions, though her services are never without a price. 		tumblr_inline_nll487CBtK1qg2i5p_400.png
