Tasi's a were-eel that prefers the freedom of dry land, but must return to the waters of his home every full moon, or face severe punishment.

One of Fishboy's lovers (and arguably the 'favorite'). Finding Tasi alone is suspicious; seeing both in the same vicinity almost always leads to a terrible fate.

Enjoys decorating himself in kelp, shells, and stars.
