Not known for showing emotion or affection, Beatrix acts as a stern, distant but motherly figure to the rest of the clan. Although initially seeming aloof and cold, Beatrix is definitely good-natured, loyal and intensely tolerant - it's difficult to get a rise out of her. She treats every new situation and challenge with a logical, level-headed approach. If you're looking for someone to help analyse your problems and give you advice, she's your gal. If you need a compassionate shoulder to cry on, maybe not so much.
Her not-so-loyal mate is Vesper, and she's one of the few dragons with the patience for his antics. The exact dynamics of their relationship are strange, confusing and mysterious to the rest of the clan.
