Living in a nature clan definitely wasn’t the worst thing to have happened to Cadha, but it certainly wasn’t the best, not to the hatchling who wished for adventure and looked nothing like the garden happy dragons of her first home.
It wasn’t bad, but it could very well have been better for the imperial dragon, and so, upon attaining status as an adult, Cadha made the choice to leave it all behind and run to the wilderness, where she would have the fight to protect herself day after day and hopefully grow stronger through that struggle.

Not long after making her decision, she came upon a female Skydancer from Plague, and while at first she was quite cautious of the she-dragon, it was not long before the two of them were thick as thieves, and wholly reliant on the other for survival in the unfriendly world. Anatiri was the plague dragon’s name, and Cadha was pleased to find that the she-dragon had a talent for healing, something unexpected to her, for she had been taught by her elders that all plague dragons were unholy fiends who destroyed and did not give back to the land, but here was a dragon who denied those claims and forged her own path, as Cadha too tried to do.

An older dragon eventually came into contact with the two she-dragons, and he trained them to survive, as well as helping them navigate the worst areas of Sornieth, until they were proficient enough for him to leave them in the hands of a healer, who finished Ana’s training.

While Ana was training with the elderly healer, Cadha took to hunting, using her abilities as a nature dragon to search the forests and find prey that she could bring back to the healer and her friend. Cadha proved herself quite good at hunting, and wondered if this was her calling in life, the role she never would have found had she stayed with her first clan of plant-happy dragons.
No, Cadha was pleased with her decision, and happily continued to hunt and gather while Ana learned how to be the best healer she could be, by using the energy within her and the energy within the magic of Sornieth.

Eventually the two dragons bid the elderly Bogsneak a fond farewell, and made their way to the Sea of a Thousand Currents, where nestled along the cliff face, they found a newly formed Alliance. The two young matriarchs of the clan requested Ana and Cadha to join them, as Champions, so that the Alliance would have some form of defense against those who might wish them harm.

Ana was quick to agree, but Cadha was leery of such a choice, though it did not take long for her to be won over to the idea of having a new home, especially one where the inhabitants were so unique, and Ana was so happy.

Cadha eventually took on the task of training up the young dragons who came to the clan or were born to it, and she found her days quite busy. She even tried nesting, twice, to see if it was something she could get behind, but she still did not care for hatchlings, especially the trouble of raising them. Oluraken had been sweet- but he had been saddened when his hatchlings left him and the nest, and then he eventually answered the call of the waves, leaving her forever.

Lharilstar had been a surprise, when he had requested her try again with him, but when both of their children left them, she distanced herself from the drake as well.
Hatchlings just weren’t for her, it seemed.

And then there was Mori, the skydancer she had vouched for when he came to the Alliance. He was an adventurer, and Kraken had been about to turn him away, stating that this was a haven for those who had lost their homes, more than a playground or stopping point for travelers. But Cadha vouched for him as a potential replacement for herself, a Champion-in-Training. Kraken had accepted the terms, and Cadha had thrown herself into training the young drake alongside Lyn, who had come to her requesting training as well.

The two flourished under her watch, and soon she had countless other members of the Alliance requested her aid in training them, to the point where there were days she was too busy to meet with her friend, Ana.

She could only hope that Mori would be capable of taking over for her soon, or at least dividing the load, so that she could finally take the time to rest with Ana.
