Description

The soft spoken rep of the coven, Rovyn posses powers not seen by any members of the coven before. The imperial {Who is quite small for a imperial} seems to be able to manipulate sand, thus allowing him to ghost over patches of sand, hovering and achiveing flight without the use of his wings

Kind and collected, Rovyn is known by the coven for being the best to hold peace talks, and is the one to make treaties. The imperial normally can be found in the covens library, however he is most often out on the road.
