Aside from the leader himself, Tsissa, Itsuki is a strong and renowned face for the gang. Though not seen often, when he is- it's definitely to make a strong impression. Itsuki spends a great portion of his time in his room dealing with orders, counting and handling the money, stock, and just about anything else that deals with numbers that could go into running a legitimate business. Enforcing rules and adherence when things get too rowdy and Tsissa's involvement only boosts that and solves nothing. Itsuki takes on a lot of roles, but would rather it not be any other way, being a person that actually enjoys partaking in his work and soaking in it. Taking pride in how well he's able to handle and balance all of his duties, while on top of being whatever kind of Daddy you need him to be. Or whatever kind of Daddy he feels like being towards you.

With Tsissa off playing army with Citcat, Itsuki has had to make more appearances to the 'public' and make sure it's understood the gang is not disbanded simply because their founder and leader is not always present in their place of stay. Assuring with force that no one can just move in on their territory now with this slight change in plans.
He can't be entirely annoyed by the change of pace, however, Tsissa has introduced Citcat into their little world. And while their time together has been short, Itsuki only visiting briefly to their camps in regards to trying to bring the blond back or to force update him on things that requires his attention for at least a minute. Itsuki has formed quite a bond with the General Tactician over identity and the struggle behind finding yourself. And on a less philosophical level; Fish, as well.

Of course, like most in the gang, Itsuki did not come from the happiest background. He learned to manage many things at once, lead people into thinking his idea is theirs so that they would partake in it easier than hours of fighting, and to let his anger out when needed all while being the most graceful figure in the room from his childhood. Born to a seaside family that made a decent amount of money from fishing, but wanted more and saw the chance in their daughter. Forcing her to train into becoming a top quality Oiran, but ultimately caved under the stress and abuse from all angles that came with becoming an Oiran. Already experiencing dysphoria, she hated the way men looked at her and touched her while in training. Excited for the day that she'd become a full fledged Oiran. Thankfully, the day never came. Their daughter said good night to her parents one more time, as if on any other night, and killed them in their sleep. Abandoning her old self, the self not true to them in the house with their rotting parents' corpses. Taking on the name Itsuki, and aimlessly shambling from village to village making money from odd jobs and theft.

Itsuki did not seek out Tsissa, and instead Tsissa and Hirohito offered their hands to him. The three of them going on to form the strong and powerful Yakuza they reside over now.
