Sadie

Sadie sighed sitting on a hill basking in the sunlight. She longed for a mate to sit next to her and tell her stories, and cuddle up next to her. But that didn't seem to be in her cards. Most dragons feared that since she had darker colors she had a dark personality. But that was not the case. The female may have a dark blue body but that wasn't all she was. If they would only look closer they could see the light pinks that tinted her wings, or the white color that was scattered around her body. But no dragons cared to look closer and see the beauty that lay within the female. Until he came along. Sadie had been peacefully sitting alone one minute, the next there was a male Skydancer sitting next to her. He had been flying through the trees when he caught the scent of the beautiful female and just had to investigate further. He was almost immobilized by her beauty. He quickly noticed how similar their colors were. He quickly walked over and took a seat next to the female. The two dragons started to talk and joke with each other quickly realizing how similar they were. They both had been judged for their exterior looks and wanted someone who could love them for more than the colors on their scales. Day after day they met on that hill and talked. Soon they started to fall deeper and deeper in love with each other until one day Anubis worked up the nerve to ask her to be his mate. Sadie was overjoyed and quickly accepted. Ever since they then became a happily family having clutch after clutch of eggs.
