Her father is an unknown entity which haunts the territory of her birthclan and sows chaos with his passing and inspires awe with his strange songs and intonations. Her mother takes care of the needs of those in the region, representing them and acting as an intermediary between the Clan and other local groups and tribes. As a result of her work, she crosses paths with the haunt more often than most.

The Haunt's spiral offspring do not remain long in the nesting grounds of Clifftown, where their mother cared for them, but as quickly as they are able, launch themselves from the heights into the air to join their father on the outskirts of the territory. They remain with him for a time, each adding a new chorus to his whispering melodies. Slowly over days or seasons, they depart from him, to spread their influences elsewhere.
