Remnant didn't know what to make of this strange place. Dragons more lively and different from those than the world he had known before gazed down at him. His cocoon of amber was melted up to his waist, seven little faes collected it at his wingtips. His dark eyes gazed up toward the larger dragons. A maize, female guardian approached him from the crowd, her eyes befell him. Remnant's eye's narrowed at her; he could see malice growing from her past, her ancient years were changing her.

"Who are you?" she snapped, silencing the murmurs from the congregation. Remnant locked eyes with her, feeling empowered, yet vulnerable with his amber trapped torso. "I know you don't want to know, Lady Raziel" he grinned, " I can see I am intruding on your family's duties, so don't mind me. Leave me to wake in some other era, in some other flight, but by Sornieth's sake you knew I'd come one day…"
Faint gasps sprouted through the crowd. The faes paused in their amber collecting, horror stricken across their faces. How did he know the clan leader? Raziel growled at him, " You blabbering snake! How dare you question me, expose me to and justify your arrival in my clan." Meanwhile Dune, Stefan, Anwyn and Percival appeared from the crowd, and exchanged curious looks at one another. Raziel raised her head as if to brush off her sudden outburst, turned and walked away.

Remnant's voice called out from his place in the sea of dragons. "Gallant drakes of Thunder-Arrow, I bring you no harm, nor treason to your arcane region. I am sorry to intrude on your studies with my abrupt arrival in my asteroid collision. Where I hail from, such wonders as your diversity and compassion are rare, so I left. Many, if not all of you shouldn't know me; but for the few that do, long time no see. I am no outsider or forgotten nomad, but a Remnant…"

Remnant was a fossil of a long expired Spiral who was resurrected by Shadowbinder, Windsinger and Plaguebringer for unknown reasons. He was soon recruited as a member of the "Remnant Order", dragons of an ancient era who could gaze into anyone's past lives, events, and ancestors (even those of no origin), hence his name. Though it seems as if many are oblivious to the existence of the Remnant Order, there are a select few who dwell in the mystic art of time…Remnant does not seek solitude, nor does he welcome companionship; but his quest to right the many wrongdoings of dragons across Sornieth has made him many friends. However, when it comes to Remnant's origins and intentions, even his friends are suspicious of why he was resurrected in the first place. The spiral himself has bold stated…" I am friend nor foe. That was what I was ordered to say when I awoke. Tidelord is gone, Windsinger has gone….who will be next because of what I 've done?"
