The reigning monarch within the Mountain's hierarchy of gods, Dio controls the flow of the space-time continuum itself. Branded with the marks of Chronus and Galaxus, it utilizes its godly abilities to rotate the sun and moon upon their daily cycle, supported by each body's respective Wards. It does all the decision making for the island; who can enter, who can leave, who lives and dies, who performs what tasks, and other such notions. It is an immensely powerful & immortal being, capable of freezing time itself for eons without anyone knowing or feeling the disturbance, save for itself. All-seeing, all-knowing, all-being; the concept of omnipotence is shadowed by the capability of this one divine dragon.
