Born of the Water flight, it's anyone's guess how Ambrosia ended up being raised in Nature territory. The local Auction House held no record of him being submitted, but there he was found along with the other hatchlings. His skin was covered with muddy soil, like he had spent much of his time in the forest, but his porcelain white scales shined brightly under the grime. Ambrosia himself doesn't remember much before the day he arrived in Asterglen. His youngest memory is of waking up one morning lying amongst ferns near a river. Lost, he stumbled along unfamiliar tree roots for what could have been days until he arrived at the Auction House.

After being adopted, he developed a strong bond with Thys and his other adopted siblings. They're the closest thing he has to friends and family. As he grew older however, he connected with them less and less. It's not that he doesn't feel close to them, more like, there's some sort of gap between them and him. Everyone else had at least some clue as to who they were and where they came from. What territory they were from and who their lineage was. Having no idea of who he was made him feel like he was living a fabricated lie.

Aphrodite and the others would suggest ideas about his heritage, the most popular being he's a long-lost prince to a distant water clan, and that one day his royal blood will be dramatically revealed to the rest of the clan as they come to reclaim their missing monarch. Or at least, that's what they say to cheer him up. It makes him smile, but one day he wishes to travel back to his birth flight and find out the truth for himself.
