Biography
An Ice imperial who resides among the tops of the Cloudscrape Crags. Other dragons consider het to be slightly mad, possibly from witnessing the mountains' horrors that the dragons of the valleys whisper about. She occasionally drops by Stargazer's observatory for a chat and is known to redirect lost travelers to his place, something the astronomer isn't exactly jazzed about.

Yithian visits Nebulos' clan sometimes. She likes to drop by for a warm meal and to trade some of the herbs and rocks she collects during her travels. The coatl respects her deeply and is always keen to listen to her prophecies.
