Sparring Trainer
Perseus is a fire dragon whose fire burns brightest when teaching. He always imagined himself a warrior, but he's a bit more of a Don Quixote than a Alexander the Great. He has traveled far and wide in search of adventure. Along the way he picked up a fighting trick or too, but he has no taste for blood. He loves teaching hatchlings how to defend themselves, though, and some of them go off to train under the true Clan fighters; either to the Wildclaws who guard the borders, or to the Imperials who seek triumphs in the Coliseum.
He's cheerful, cavalier, and a true romantic. Those qualities drew him to Canens, and the two consider themselves a fine pair indeed. He also appreciates the company of Andromeda, whose talents he recruited from a Clan which wanted her taste for blood to be turned to a taste for clutch-raising. The three can often be found together.
Familiar:
Cinderine [tolerant, patient, easy-going]
Clutch History:
1. Bred to Andromeda, date unknown: 3 coatls [Casseiopeia, Penelope, Coaldust]
Andromeda didn't much care for the idea of a clutch, but Perseus was so eager to have children of his own that she complied. She did love the resulting dragons, and she taught them alongside her nest-mate until it was time for the two daughters to serve the Lightweaver. The son thought to follow in his father's footsteps, and traveled widely before finding a place in the service of the Windsinger.
