Sister's Inheritor
Vessel of the Wandering Contagion
While those of the lair left the Contagion, it however, did not leave them.
Whenever they seek out a new den, Sister is the first to delve into the deeps, telling them weather or not it is 'worthy'. After determining that, she starts to bring carcasses and fatally injured creatures to the bowels of the lair, then settles down amongst them, and lets the festering mass infesting her body to start to spread out and make things more 'welcoming'.
Time after time Sister gave much of her own self unto the land, until she felt it time to truly become one with it. As such she sought one to pass her 'gift' onto. Upon reaching a bogsneak that seemed to be waiting for her, the choice was made. Or rather, one foretold.
The flesh was made willing, the tendrils buried into it's new host... but carried the essence of the old. The bogsneak was remade into the image of the one who had come before, and those who would come after.
