Archimedes uses a wide variety of gestures and movements to describe what he is talking about. His explanations tend to get a little off course.

Surprisingly, he is easily frightened and very jumpy. Younger dragons can easily scare him, but will normally be chased away with a torrent of spare parts.

He tends to drop a lot of things, which isn't good if you are holding something fragile or dangerous. His workshop tends to explode more than he would like to admit.

Archimedes is very close to his moth familiar, named Fondue. Many dragons have asked about the name choice. (Although none of them had gotten a true answer; what they gathered is something along the lines of, "someone was hungry.") Fondue would bring parts to Archimedes while he is working, however, some are too heavy or tucked away so Archimedes finds himself going to get parts anyway. Fondue is the one who usually listens to Archimedes' rambling tangents, but it's not like Fondue really cares anyway. He's a moth after all.

Fondue usually gets blown away when workshop explosions happened. Amadea usually finds him later stuck in a tree or some sort, waving his little legs furiously.

Archimedes arrived in the River of Eden because he would frequently wake up his previous home's inhabitants with loud crashes and booming noises. Maybe he'll tinker for a bit and build himself a couple of gadgets to help his stiff joints?
