This shadow clan has forgotten me.. I was here once.. I was here first.. between clans.. This was once my home. Now outsiders stink up the place.. it's become a rainbow.. a disaster.

Sombra is the leader of this clan.. ...why does she keep these strangers around.. is she mad? I gave her a gift.. ...why hasn't she used it.

I cannot make contact until I know more. Sombra was always destined to be the leader of this clan. I crafted their prophecy.. I intended for the clan to grow strong in my absence.. but the clan is scattered. Not weak.. but uncoordinated. Infested with filthy outsiders. They aren't all bad.. but I'll have to find a way to lure Sombra away from the camp to speak with her alone. To find out more about the strangers she keeps around.. she clearly feels unsafe.. ...why not dispatch them?

Watching her clan.. it is infested with spies.. rooting around the camp and surrounding areas like a swarm of ants scouting for a queen.. I'm disappointed in their results.. either they've seen me and don't care.. or they need better training.

The Underdark awaits me.. I hear it calling.. I need to make contact soon so that I can infiltrate the clan safely.

Clever spies.. very clever. With all the traffic in and out of this mess of a clan, I thought the spies has overlooked or missed me. This is not the case however, they have seen me every time.. watching me without letting me know they're doing so. I take it back, these spies are better trained than I thought. I tried to activate the gift I left Sombra, but it never made an appearance. Either this device has failed me, or it is being contained. Cursed Underdark.. Sombra still doesn't know it exists. I did manage to lure Sombra outside however.. alone. A regrettable tactic was used, however I deemed it necessary.. Now to make first contact.

Sombra has matured a lot. She feels safe in her clan now.. dealt with her internal threats for now, trained her spies, grown her clan, and found trusted allies. I find it strange that she wants all these outsiders around, she was insulted by my suggestion of rooting them all out.. I never anticipated Sombra would feel like an outcast in the land and clan of her birth.. Perhaps having her isolated for her childhood was a bit much.. However as I have entrusted my clan to her, I will accept her judgement, and her wishes. A clan of outsiders might not be so bad.. after all.. everyone needs a home. Her dragons seem loyal to her and the clan. Her safety, and the loyalty of her clan are all that matters.. And she's really made this mess feel... less like a clan, and more like a family.. Family is stronger.. I accept this new vision as my home too.

When I mentioned the outsider killing robot PAPPY that I designed and left for Sombra.. she was shocked. She really did never see the thing. She seemed to relax though when I told her that she was it's holder, and that she could change its parameters to anything she wanted. Protecting and serving her new family perhaps? It's a start. I'm not sure she fully trusts me yet.. but suspicion can be healthy.. if she doesn't let it rule her. In time I believe she'll see.. I have her best interests in mind.
