Tormenta

"Gooooood morning Sornieth!" You had no idea where in the world the voice rang out from, but it was pretty obvious that everyone had heard it. After a brief moment of looking around your eyes landed on a stage, with a blue and gray Wildclaw standing tall on top of it.

"Now, I know that we're all outside anyways, but I wanna get some specifics on just what the Windsinger has for us today!" He bounced up for dramatic effect, though it didn't really work as his hat flopped over his face. Quickly correcting the issue he continued, pretending nothing happened.

After another second he stood there dramatically, and when the capsule fluid leveled out he glanced down, immediately covering his eyes and letting his claws glow a bright blue color. "Ooh! Hope you weren't planning a picnic today, because the Icewarden's having his way today! Not only that, but... what was his name again? Either way, we're getting a lot of rain on top of that, so feathery fliers and Flamers beware! That's all for now, back to you Maravilla!"

A spunky meteorologist with a gift for acting and telling the weather. Tormenta is very dramatic and loud, coming across as obnoxious and somewhat arrogant. He is a bit of a perfectionist and can become upset if things don't go his way, but he also enjoys working in groups and is willing to compromise when necessary. His capsule is rather interesting, acting as a thermometer that helps him with his weather predictions. Of course, that's not the only thing to it! (Or so he says)
