______ The Empire of Liberty was confined to its ship after a plague by the name of Saturns Death since the plague first begun when Saturn was first visible in the night sky after centuries of calm darkness. The plague made itself visible in hollowing teeth and the whites on one's eyes taking over the pupil, the neck a series of black rings tearing scales in half. Oriande was handed the title of king after his widowed mother discovered the black lines developing on her throat. The seas seemed so open, so clear and clean and full of things that no one had discovered yet. So he set sail searching for the end of the world, wear the horizon revealed where the earth dropped away. He loved his people, often uniting his ships and treating each dragon regardless of superiority as his friend. Oriande was always fatherly loving those around him and cherishing each of his three children surviving children. When the attack on an Order of Swords ship happened Oriande felt the waves fall away, the security of the seas torn away and in its place was ashore, ashore with a rim of blood on the sand, his people's blood

______ Death came like a tsunami wave, crashing down on Oriande and he did the very thing he hated, the very thing that his grandmother had done he sealed himself in his ship with his children and closest mates, sailing away leaving soldiers behind to fight for him. In the last month of the war Oriande returned to the battlefield, but no matter how many dragons he killed it couldn't make up for his denial of his people. But they did something unimaginable, forgave him, forgave him for turning his back. When the Empire of Settseda was formed although suffering from depression Oriande returned to the throne, he still believes that he may not ever be the man he once was. 		qfKPskR.png
