Genji came from a long line of strong dragons, known for their warrior spirit, as well as their strong magical energy, and ties to the magic of the particular lands they hail from. Their bright green colors make them very eye-catching and desirable by many, and Genji knows this too. Flirty, energetic and charismatic, as a young adult Genji wormed his way into the hearts of many dragons. He had his fair share of lovers, never really sticking to one dragon for longer than a week, and even had multiple ones, much to the chagrin of his parents.

They sent him off, exhalting him from his previous lair to the lair of a Shadow Elder, who they hoped would talk some sense into the rambunctios youth. This ended up being Mory's clan, where he was welcomed with open arms. Listening to the plea of his parents, Mory assigned Genji to be the apprentice of Grimraven, who took him in.

It wasn't until he met Zenyatta that he truly settled down, forgoing his flirty nature just a little. The two became quick friends, and Genji decided to dedicate his life to the clan, his apprenticeship as a herbalist, and his friend.

He has a slight crush on Zenyatta, but he hasn't told anyone yet, too embarrassed about it, really.
