A bit of a snob, in the way one would expect from a young Pearlcatcher with a lucky pedigree, but his quiet, shy nature and genuine awe for the older fighters of his clan renders the streaks of blood-proud arrogance more accents than overtones. He's stiff and overly concerned with appearing noble and graceful, which he does just well enough at to make all his stumbles all the more apparent.

  • Has very good self esteem, but needs to learn that he can still love himself to bits without disdaining others.
  • Kwahandya noticed him hauling a box of golem parts back to his apartment one day, and leapt on the opportunity to foster a potential passion for engineering. As it turned out, the pearlcatcher was way more interested in collecting their shiny, golden components than building magical robots. And so went the shortest-lived apprenticeship on Sornieth.
  • Everyone calls him "Carly," which he hates much less than he lets on...
