Mondatta was always peculiar as a hatchling. Instead of seeing himself above most other races of dragonkind, Mondatta saw himself alike with the others. They were all the same in name after all; dragons. Everyone had the heart of a dragon beating within them, did they not? It caused a dispute between him and some other Pearlcatchers, but there were others who agreed with him. Mondatta decided that he wanted to dedicate his life to preaching and mediating between dragonkind and between flights.

As a child, he had always been fascinated with the old stories, of before the shattering of the great pillar. He had read thousands of tomes and books, legends and old scrolls, and his hunger to learn gave him the knowledge he needed for his journey. The explosion. The destruction of their predecessors. The shattering of the Pillar. With the world now restored, but each flight sticking to it's own territory, gods and rules, a catastrophe was bound to happen again.

And thus Mondatta decided to travel. Not to spread the word of history, no, but to spread the word of peace. After all, this was the only world that they had, and they would need to work together in order to keep it.

On his travels, Mondatta met Zenyatta, and the two became close friends, brothers almost. Zenyatta shared a lot of Mondatta's views, but was not one for preaching, unlike him. The both of them are now settled at a clan in the Wispwillow Grove, for the time being. Conflict is on the rise, Mondatta knows it, and here, close to the center, he can keep an eye on it.
