For every dragon that grows up too quickly, childhood dreams crumpling beneath adult responsibilities, forgotten as the years weather down youth to age - for every dream discarded under the harsh realities of the world left by the deities, there shines a scale on Histia's hide. As more dreams are released by those who created them, wishes drifting up to join the host of forgotten longings in the heavens, Histia grows larger. She remembers for those who do not, a keeper of faith with a heart that never stops hoping. She takes in their wishes, each scale forming out of those dreams and glittering with the colors of longings, and she, the historian of hopes and dreams, watches over them and remembers them until those who have forgotten need to be reminded of the simple joys of life.

Where hearts become heavy with the weight of the world and tired eyes turn their gaze up to the starry skies above for something they long lost, that is where Histia will be found.
