Personality

Zenfenix has a bit of a wilder side to him, due to his chaotic ways of life, but as he grew he was under the guidance of a much older, and wiser, dragon by the name of Rathan. Through his teachings, Zen has grown into a gentleman, a defender of those who need his help, but still seeks out the comforting hand of a lady at his side. He tries to keep the dark, infernal beast within him hidden from public eye.

One of Zen's favorite hobbies is using his ability over fire to sculpt glass figures as gifts to those he knows, or as a surprise. He also enjoys investing in new building - for personal or business uses - and traveling the world to see new sites. Especially historical places entered around old battlefields.

His Magical abilities include the ability to control and harness fire,
create and balance the scales of chaos, conjure fire in all its forms (including explosive masses), magically created super strength, and absorbing fire into his body.

History

When Zenfenix was younger, and just starting to awaken his powers, one would not recognize him from what he is now. He was amazed, even 'in-love' with his control over fire and enjoyed the thrill of setting things on fire. This started out small at first, a piece of grass here, a leaf, a fish.. His fascination on how things burned and how each thing burned differently drove his curiosity. Eventually he moved on to frogs, small reptiles and mammals. Zen used to wander the world, the fire that burns in his soul driving him to obsession when it came to pursuits in life. He had no sense of direction, no control of his own powers or feelings and even though he was good at heart, most thought him evil.

As he grew into a teenager, his pyrokinesis thrill increased to the point he used it to control others, bend them to do what he wished for fear of being burned. He mingled with a bad crowd, a gang of sorts who were into not so much doing drugs, but transporting them and selling. Catnip was highly prized among the felines yet the plant was banned from being grown in many of their territories. This was Zenfenix's job. Get it in, get the money, and get out. It was on one of these trips that he stumbled upon Rathan. The older dragon did not think much of him at first, but began to talk with the younger male. Zen told him to leave or else he'd burn. Rathan, not all impressed or scared pinned the dragon before he knew what happened.

"Now you will listen to me, little one," Rathan commanded his paws barred against his chest. Through much effort and encouragement he extracted Zenfenix's tale. Zen told him much about his life over the next year or so that he stayed with Rathan. His gang had since given up on looking for him, assuming he was killed or if he was alive, he had better wish he was dead for they would end his life without a second thought for not returning with a load, or money. During this time, Rathan told the young one much about himself. He also taught him the ways of honor, of being a gentleman, and if he truly wanted a lady by is side in the future, how to pursue one without scaring her off. Now Zen uses his power over fire to mold sand into glass sculptures for nobility, occasional gifts, and merchant items as he tries to find a new road in life to follow.
