Rubranova Queen's Attendant, Tahalil Knight Relaxed | Diligent | Practical The youngest daughter of the Tahalil family, the clan's only plague lineage. Her opalescence was deemed inert at birth, but after exposure to Rebis it became clear it had the same make up as common celestine. This made her a perfect fit to be the attendant to the young queen and keep an eye on her health. Perhaps owing to being lightborn, she lacks many of the traits that Haematica and her children share. Her personality is low intensity, she isn't interested in beauty, and while she isn't actively unhealthy she doesn't care much for being at peak physical health. What she does have is her family's medical talent and the ability to violently but efficiently defend herself. Because her opalescence was harmless, Rubranova didn't understand just how dangerous her father's was and spent much of her youth feeling that he was a cold and unaffectionate man. They are repairing their relationship now that she's old enough to understand why he was so cautious and unwilling to be spontaneous. After the exaltation of the previous queen, Arcanus handed his title of Queen's Knight to Rubranova. While he was the better fighter and the most experienced knight in the clan, in his eyes, Rubranova was what Rebis need most: Someone who could protect her, but also someone she trusted both casually and in formal settings and who wouldn't be affected by the the white celestine. Even Nayvadius, who Arcanus had hand-picked to be Rebis' champion, could not be that. Perhaps more important than all of that, Rebis needed a friend, and Rubranova is proving to be a fine, if aloof, confidant. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
