Hailing from Quarantine Zone #128, Blair is the Sanctuary's resident surgeon, nurse, pharmacist, and Plague representative/ambassador. This would be quite the plateful of tasks for any other dragon, but there's never been a soul more organized than Blair, and he refuses to drop a single task. He abhors free time, and has a strict schedule his Familiar, a Plague Sprite named Malady, holds him to. Contrary to the expectation dragons have come to have for his Flight, Blair must have everything in his cave tidy, labeled, and sanitized.

The shelves of Blair's cave are lined with dozens of carefully labeled dishes and bottles containing every kind of disease, blight, infection, or malady yet discovered. If you ask him, (and sometimes if you don't) he will proudly tell you they're sorted by method of transmission, and then alphabetically.
His desk bears three microscopes which he insists there's a difference between, a collection of scientific journals recording his findings, sandwiched between two majestic marble Owlcat bookends (his only sentimental belongings) and a meticulously kept calendar of vaccination appointments over the next year.

But every dragon must have a hobby and Blair's hobby is necromancy. When he's not executing any of his numerous labors, he's sewing pelts, drawing circles and runes, and piecing together the most seamless of frankenfamiliars known to dragonkind. Rumor has it he's performed such undertakings on dragons, and he won't deny anything.
