This guy cares what he looks like, but only in the sense of being appropriate, and not calling attention to himself, unlike his grandsire Evaristus ("Johnny Awesome") who thinks he's the most beautiful dragon in Sornieth.
Along the lines of Lord Peter Wimsey, or Inspector Roderick Alleyn. Not seeking attention but can't help getting it because he is so well turned out. Unobtrusive but making a decided statement of class.
Wimsey is just right. Windie light-heartedness yet deadly capable.

I really liked his son, Gandalf, especially in apparel, but I needed the lair space. Shall try again. DONE by purchase and breed change. ;)

Needs a Bunter and a Charles Parker.
