Fjord, The First Viking Dragon

Fjord the spiral came from the water flight knowing everything about water. How to do sailing, how to navigate the oceans, how to even purify it so it's always drinkable. Though the most amazing feat this Dragon has ever accomplished was the survival of the Great Winter.

In his travels a horrific storm threw his boat off course and clouded the skies preventing him from being able to find his way home. It was there he saw great icebergs and chilling biting cold that even the depths of the water could not remove. He sunk himself into the snow feeling it was the end but the longer he stayed under, the more he noticed it was retaining heat inside. He began to compact the snow away from his body and formed a shelter to keep himself warm. It wasn't until he finally ran out of food and went out to hunt that he saw how the beasts covered themselves to hide in the snow. Using this tactic he adapted himself to survive.

In the following years he found himself becoming one with the lands and a nigh spiritual connection to his surroundings. One day a freezing Arcane Dragon stumbled upon him out on a hunt. Fjord met this strange black Dragon who spoke of spirituality as if it were magic and much more vast than the limits of his current skills. Intrigued by this offering, Fjord followed this Dragon in his adventure to the unknown land called Avalon, the Haven in the skies.
