A child of a forgotten royal family, cast out from the Sunbeam Ruins and exiled to the Scarred Wasteland -
a kingdom lost to ruin due to their mother's vampiric nature.

While their father dies of sickness and their mother does her best to further their line, most of these descendants find themselves adapting to the pestilence around them. Some take to their birth element so deeply they develop Plague magic. Some succumb to illness and find themselves in need of relocation. Some even inherit their mother's curse.
They seek to bring honor to their family, and make right what they lost.
