Nothing is known of the young beauty known as Dream. Where was she born? Where did she hail from? Who is she? Nothing. She just appeared one day, in a whirlwind of flower petals and laughter. Her beauty was so much so some even said it was unpleasant. How could anything be this lovely? She arrived to town upon the night of the Gala of Magic. A town tradition, for Dragons with magical ability, to come and delight the hatchlings and anyone else who adored the whimsy of Magic. No one really noticed Dream when she entered the Magician's tent at first. But slowly the looks began. First from the females. The hot eye glow of envy seemed to burn her up, making her smile. Then it was the males. The jaw dropping, grimace of almost pain scattered across faces. As if her beauty hurt their eyes. "Who here holds rank of the best magic maker?" She said hotly, shooting sharp looks at the disdainful faces of the females who still dared look upon her. There was a murmur, then the group looked in the direction of one male. |

His darkness cloaked him in shadow, making it appear like he simply walked out from the corner of the room. "Cynfal." He rumbled. Dream was taken aback slightly. He had answered a question she had only asked mentally. "Very impressive." She whispered, as she approached. She moved so gracefully she appeared to merely float across the floor. But perhaps that is exactly what she was doing. She stopped in front of the male and smiled her best smile. "I see you are in need of an assistant." She spoke confidently, her voice warm and overflowing with a hint of stubborn undertone. "And you need a magician." He winked back at her. Dream raised her eyebrow and smiled, her teeth gleaming like well tended weaponry. She turned to get ready but he stopped her with a claw upon her own. She looked up into his intense eyes, and immediately found herself frozen. He leaned in, breath hot upon her neck and ear as he whispered words unknown to her... The words of the Forbidden Curse. "Avarra nocturnus lei amour."
